I made our Easter cake this evening, in preparation for our special Easter tea tommorrow. I made a Victoria sponge and sandwiched it together with buttercream and raspberry jam. I covered it with melted chocolate and then decorated it with mini eggs and a Lindt chocolate bunny. Mmmm! Not quite sure how we're going to divide up that bunny though!Saturday 22 March 2008

Yummy - how did we get talked out of coming Sunday??? No seriously it looks delicious so enjoy and good luck dividing up the rabbit.
