On the Saturday of the Bank Holiday weekend we spontaneously decided to drive down to Sussex. I really wanted to see the Ladybird by Design exhibition at the De La War pavilion in Bexhill before it closed and this was the only time we would be able to go. We set off on the Sunday morning and because it was going to be a long (4 1/2 hour) journey, we thought Alex would be more comfortable if we moved him into his big, forward facing car seat. You can see from his face how much he liked it!
